RUTH LORENZO (Spain)

Ruth Lorenzo has been writing songs for as long as she can remember and has been belting out melodies long before she learned to speak. There is not a time she remembers when music was not present in her life. She was born in the south of Spain and raised in the western United States, which has influenced a musical style that could be described as "quirky". She has always lived guided by what her heart dictates, in order to tell her truth. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to make very special collaborations. It was on "Loveaholic" where she had the honor of working with one of her heroes, Jeff Beck, creating one of the most significant collaborations of her life. She also collaborated with the innovative Galician band Tanxugueiras on "Reina", a song included in their latest EP "La Reina" with a more Rock sound and currently, she is immersed in the creation of her new album with her band, letting her authenticity and creative freedom guide each step.
